Due to the natural and delicate nature of dried flowers, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide photos showing the issue.
